Who knew that corporates ran the world. To get technical, one large brand of corporates instead of a smaller brand, but that’s just semantics.
Calling the White House is not going to make things like this go away. There are always going to be incidents such as this. No doubt there were a couple of young, 18-20 year old CG seamen who were intimidated by BP. This is not a big deal. I tried to submit it to Digg, but the headline comes out as HTML code so I couldn’t.
Done Gwen, sent some emails too and suggested to friends they do the same. Not like I am big fan of some media outlets but this cannot be allowed. This is turning into a worse disaster than the Valdez, from some of the things I have been reading.
It seems the Coast Guard is on BPs side.
Holte; I think they are just kind of caught in the middle in the moment in that incident… but there is NO EXCUSE. It just keeps getting worse and while I did think Mike was probably right about the ‘tarballs’ in Key West… they ARE coming to us … not balls of any kind but exactly what you saw from the air in that clip. We all know it…. those of any of us who have attended eco-disasters’ in person to clean. It’s coming, like Jesus, and is IT pissed. It’s so outrageous !!! but you know, kudo’s to CBS for getting it.
