Two Volcanoes Erupt – Is It The End of Times?
Two volcanoes are wreaking havoc in Latin America. One in Guatemala and another in Ecuador.
The Tungurahua volcano in central Ecuador erupted on Friday, sending a large cloud of ash into the air. No injuries or deaths have been reported, but authorities continue to monitor the event. The volcano is located 90 miles south of Quito. Tungurahua had also erupted in 1999 and 2006.
Meanwhile in Guatemala, the Pacaya volcano that erupted on Thursday, has killed at least three people, including a TV reporter, Aníbal Archila, who was hit by rocks and debris. Pacaya is only 17 miles south of Guatemala City — the country’s capital.
Guatemala emergency personnel say that four villages have been evacuated and at least 1700 people have taken shelter elsewhere. Dozens of people have suffered injuries and at least three children have been reported missing.
On Friday, the Pacaya volcano seemed calmer after overnight rains hit the area, but geologist predict the volcano will spew lava in the next several hours.

In Central America, volcanos and earth quakes are a way of life, like tornados are here in my neck of the woods. No, it’s not the end of times. It’s business as usual. Like The Who song goes, it’s just another tricky day for you.
Never surprises me how often people keep rebuilding on volcano slopes, hurricane-hit shorelines, and mudslide areas. Lightning often does strike multiple times in the same place as well!
I agree with Tee. There is something squidgy about the volcanos, earthquakes, and now a huge hurricane season… maybe we as a species should take the hint…
It is mother nature saying you overpowering, overpopulating idiots are living on top of volcanoes. How the hell can such ignorant animals rule the world?
Obviously, Guatemala and Ecuador are being punished for their sinful homosexuality and secularism.
Yes! and the autodidact nature of genuine genius escapes the mean and reproachful speakbullies. This is great booga booga! Sex kills.

It’s too bad that with education doesn’t always come wisdom.
You are assuming education Krell 🙂
LOL! You are absolutely right! Just because Education was mentioned in a sentence, doesn’t make it so.
