Out of Control Lindsay Lohan Going to Jail!

A judge is sending Lindsay Lohan to jail for 90 days after ruling she violated probation in a 2007 drug case by failing to attend court-ordered alcohol education classes. Lohan immediately burst into tears after the sentencing. She was not required to immediately surrender but will have to turn herself in on July 20. She will also be required to enter an in-patient rehab program after her release from jail.
The ruling came during a hearing set for the star after she missed a court date in May. She has been required to wear an ankle alcohol monitor since then. The monitor issued an alert after Lohan attended the MTV Movie Awards and after-parties. Prosecutors called it an “alcohol-related” violation.

She defied a court order to go to rehab……And she was also arrested for drunk driving. While I generally don’t approve of prison time for addicts, who knows, maybe it’s what she needs at this point.

She needs rehab more than she needs jail time if you ask me. She is only in her 20s and we all know what that is like. Hell I am still living mine and can be a terror all by myself. Never driven under any influence though. We draw straws for designated drivers, any time we go anywhere and know we will be partaking of any kind of party juice.
