Over here, they throw their caps in the air and yell. Seems more productive. They were laying out some viscous kicks to some of those on the ground.
Didn’t seem to have any rhythm or reason to it,every cadet for himself.
Commissars blowing off steam, nothing to see, move along.
Nice!!lol…I think it was a bad idea to prohibit Vodka at the ceremonies…they would have all been pissing drunk and hugging each other
