Help us build the Foxtionary.

An incredibly entertaining, funny and very liberal twitterer named Shoq, his website is here, has created what he calls a Foxtionary (or Foxionary). Below are the Foxisms he has created so far. Please, feel free to add to this wonderful bit of fun by giving us your interpretations of how to understand all the bs and bravado spewed on a daily basis by those poor sots that work for Fox  News (or Faux Noise).

  • HANNITIZED (a) Stories thoroughly cleansed of all factual content by Fox News
  • FOXATAWNY PHIL A gopher who emerges each winter to predict whether GlennBeck knows his a$$ from a hole in the ground.
  • FOX FACT (n) Something presented as truth by Fox News because viewers will believe it. See also: “Bullsh*t”
  • FOX FACT (n) A passing resemblance to truth, which on further inspection proves to be indescribably stupid bullsh*t.
  • EXFOXIATE (v) To scrape away dead brain cells after any exposure to a Fox News broadcast.
  • FOXIC WASTE (n): Poisonous, ideology-based nonsense, deliberately spewed into the air by a FOXHOLE.
  • FOXTROT (n) A dance of lies by professional right wing propagandists on Fox News after any breaking news story.
  • FOX & FRIENDS (n) Morning TV program where mediocre hosts, who are not friends, lie about things that are not news.
  • ACORN BALL a glennbeck viewer who thinks a community organizer is a communist black helicopter pilot trying to steal their guns
  • FOXHOLE (n) Regular Fox News viewer who often reads the network’s advertising slogan out loud to strangers.
  • FOX HUNT (n) A search for female Fox News Channel anchors with good nails, hair, and a GED in journalism.
  • FOX TART (n) Journalism school graduate, hired by Fox News to wear tight sweaters and read lies from a teleprompter.
  • FOXSIMILE (n) A variant of broadcast journalist, highly skilled at reading total bullshit on a teleprompter.
  • FOXTALE (n) A scurrilous half-truth, distortion, or outright lie protruding from the business-end of a Fox news host.

Come on MMA readers, get those brain cells working and add to this project!

This is a proud day in the Myste household. I think I see a tear in my dogs eye (not the one in the jar, but the one he wears).

O’REILLY FACTOR – (n) A measurement of stupidity in a given article, show, or place. Example: This room is full of drooling morons. There’s a very high O’ Reilly Factor in here.

OK, IdentityH, if that is your real name, you need to submit this term to Keith O. I am sure he would not use it, but he should, as it is priceless, and that would be helarious.
