Test drive road trip for Tesla electric car
Present and future electric car fans of the Tesla S model might want to pay attention. If you live far from any of the company’s fourteen exclusive dealerships, don’t despair. Soon, fans of the electric supercar all over North America–from Nova Scotia to Salt Lake City to Atlanta–will be able to attend test drive events as part of Tesla’s Go Electric Roadster Tour.
In case you’d somehow managed to forget, the Tesla Roadster accelerates from 0 to 60 in just 3.7 seconds, powered by an advanced lithium-ion battery pack that carries this stylish car 244 miles on a single charge. Charging time is less than four hours, and can be accomplished at home via any conventional 110 or 220-volt outlet. It consumes no gas, produces no emissions, and in most places, will automatically get you in the carpool lane.

I SOOOOO want one!
Knew you would. We bought a Prius II 5 days ago.
How do you like it? My wife’s uncle got a Prius a couple of years ago and really likes it. Hard to get used to the quiet of the car.
I can’t get it out of the hands of my wife, I have only driven it for a couple of miles, it is very quiet and a different driving style. I might do a post when I have done a road trip.
