NewsCorp is carbon neutral? Who knew?

Read Time:48 Second

The story comes from Editors and Publishers via a Faux News outlet, so I really wanted to verify this info first. Not that I do not believe E&P, but Faux News usually is a big supporter of climate change deniers. From the E&P link:

In December 2010, News Corporation became the first carbon-neutral global media company. News Corp. reached net zero carbon emissions through a combination of energy efficiency, renewable energy and carbon offset projects around the world.

Of the 3,000 organizations who disclosed their emissions through the Carbon Disclosure Project, News Corp. ranked No. 1 in its sector on the Global 500 Disclosure index (No. 2 overall in the S&P 500 report) and received an A grade for carbon performance.

I found the website for the Carbon Disclosure Project, and I am still looking for proof that Ruperts Corporation is numero uno. I will update this when I find it.

They are FOX NEWS. A right wing network, no doubt one you would like. So the idea of right wing and anything environmentally positive makes little sense.
