Apparently Rolling Stone magazine asked Ricky Gervais to be on their cover. They asked for two pictures and Ricky only sent one, they decided they couldn’t use it. Didn’t want to upset anyone I guess. So until we get asked to take it down MadMikesAmerica will publish it or be damned.

I won’t be buying rolling stone mag then.
