Lindsay Lohan Back in Court yet AGAIN
Lindsay Lohan in Court Yet Again
Lohan repeatedly fails to show up for her court-ordered community service and risks even more jail time.
Lindsay Lohan switched her court-ordered community service program after missing several sessions at a Los Angeles women’s shelter.
Lohan, 25, was sentenced to 360 hours community service earlier this year as part of her sentence for stealing a gold necklace from a jewelry store. The “Mean Girls” actress also served 35 days under house arrest. She rarely appears at the Skid Row women’s shelter When she does appear on some occasions, she worked less than the four hours required under the terms of her agreement.
The actress is required to complete her 480 hours of community service by next April for her conviction. She has completed only 21 hours of the 360 hours the court required her to serve.
At her sentencing, Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Holley, said the actress understands the one-year deadline.
Lohan is also required to serve 120 hours at the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office—she never appeared. She also was ordered to enroll in psychological counseling and complete anti-shoplifting classes.
Judge Stephanie Sautner will review her progress on October 19th as part of her probation sentence for drunk driving and misdemeanor theft cases.
The judge in the case warned Lohan if she fails to take the conditions of her probation seriously and fail to complete her community service on time, the court will most likely send her back to jail.
Sautner previously warned Lohan, I’m not going to give her five minutes extra. I don’t want to hear ‘Oh I couldn’t do it because I was on the set of the John Gotti movie’.
Mad Mike’s America thanks Reuters and the Los Angeles Times for the latest news on Lindsay Lohan.

For God’s sake, arrest this trainwreck and administer justice, (not celebrity justice) before she Winehouses. Some people are punished by the criminal justice system. Others are rescued by it. I’ve never seen a human being in more dire need of three hot’s and a cot for an extended period of time outside of an ICU. No drugs, alcohol, or ‘friends’ and nothing but time to think wouldn’t hurt, either. Please, won’t some kind hearted Judge save this girl’s life?
