Normally the principle of the the three “P’s” Publisher, Publishing, Porn, wouldn’t raise any eyebrows unless that publisher is owned by the Pope of Rome, as in this case.
Here is the obvious hypocrisy, once again, of the Catholic church. First there’s the whole priests sodomizing little boys insanity, along with the priests raping nuns scandal, and now this. Hey, this whole celibacy thing? How’s that working for you Benedict?

It’s enough to raise blushes on Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John: A German publishing company owned by the Catholic Church is turning a tidy profit with titles such as Sluts Boarding School, Lawyer’s Whore, and the timeless Take Me Here, Take Me Now. Bishops there say they are shocked by the revelation in an industry newsletter that Weltbild offers such salacious fare and promise to put an end to it, reports the Independent. Critics say they’ve been complaining to the church about the problem for years.
“The sudden proclaimed astonishment of many church leaders that pornographic material is being distributed by their publishing house, is play acting—bad play acting,” says the editor of a Catholic magazine. It turns out that the church tried to sell the company in 2009 over the same controversy, but bishops didn’t get the right price. A Weltbild press release, meanwhile, fires back at critics that the “erotic” books don’t meet the legal definition of pornography, notes LifeSiteNews. And here’s one more title: Call Me Slut!
I firmly believe that this obsession with sex within the Catholic church is directly related to the fact that priests aren’t permitted to marry. That’s just crazy. Then again, as a practicing Atheist, fallen away Catholic, I think the whole religion thing is nuts. What do you think?

My dad once told me that it was common knowledge that priests were given special “vacations”. Off went the collar as they would travel to some far away place for R & R if you know what I mean.
I never thought of that, but now that I do….Interesting indeed!!
