Rick Santorum may well lead to some Republicans voting Democratic if he is the nominee. In a lot of ways he makes Iran’s Ahmadinejad look like a moderate. What makes him really scary is that he really believes this crap he is putting out. It isn’t fake like Newt or Romney.

As the resident Catholic in these parts it is my duty to remind Santorum that the catechism from the 1800’s has been replaced. We don’t hate Jews anymore. Catholic ladies don’t have to cover their heads in church anymore either.
I do think that his buddy’s idea about the aspirin between the legs would make for an “interesting” sex game. Kudos to the old dude for still being in the game.

I listened to him on Face the Nation this morning. He’s dangerous if elected. He’s a religious fanatic talking about how there should be no pre-natal testing because it leads to abortion. He goes on to say that man should have “dominion” over the earth and that radical environmentalists claim that the earth should be “in charge.” What an idiot.
Brilliant. Laughed my ass off, until I realized the whole prospect of a Santorum surge was indeed scary.
