Nanny: Sharon Stone is a Nasty Racist

There are a lot of rumors about Sharon Stone, the actress who might better be described as Joan Crawford in some of her movies. Word on the street is Sharon just isn’t a very nice person and apparently her former nanny would most certainly agree:
According to a new lawsuit, Sharon Stone hired a nanny … then wouldn’t let her speak to Stone’s children, lest they pick up her Filipino accent. This according to Erlinda T. Elemen, who worked as Stone’s live-in housekeeper and nanny for five years, and who claims Stone made other racially derogatory comments around her. Elemen claims she was fired after she asked Stone to pay her overtime wages that the actress had originally withheld; Stone allegedly paid her but screamed at her and called her a thief, then fired her for taking the pay.
The craziness doesn’t stop there: The lawsuit also claims Stone criticized Elemen for going to church and wouldn’t let her read her Bible in the house at one point, and TMZ notes that Stone is also accused of calling Filipinos stupid and dissing their food. Now Elemen wants unpaid wages, plus damages and penalties, ABC News reports. Stone’s publicist says Elemen is just looking for a way to “cash in” after being terminated, and calls the lawsuit “frivolous” and the claims “absurd,” “made-up and fabricated.”

I don’t care if Sharon Stone is washed up as an actress so that doesn’t influence my opinion of the lawsuit. The entire suit seems to be based on what the housekeeper says without any supporting evidence. In other words there is no way to prove anything she claims. So I had to ask myself why she brought a suit that is destined to lose and the answer is publicity. Perhaps, just perhaps, the housekeeper might get some money from Stone to shut her up or from interviews about the supposed horrors she endured. If that is the case the housekeeper is simply doing what other domestics have done in the recent past; cash in on their former employer. Is this a great county or what.

He said/She said. You can bet there weren’t any witnesses and Ms. Stone will have tons of character references. Of course.
And then there are those of us who just couldn’t care less! We think that actors/actresses and athletes, too, I just overpaid people doing what they enjoy and providing very little to the rest of us – well, except entertainment for some. The disturbing thing is the number of people who consider them as role models! They are just human beings, and as with all human beings, some I like, trust, and respect. Others, not so much…
Sharon Stone is finished as an actress anyway. She made one movie that was good, and mostly because if you were a teen who didn’t have porn to masturbate too, it was the closest thing. I really hope that the nanny wins. Why? Because Sharon Stone has always been a bitch, and not in the good way. There is a reason nobody wants to work with her anymore. I don’t think it is wrong to compare her to Joan Crawford, she strikes me as the type to be that way. I wouldn’t be surprised if Sharon’s kids don’t write a tell-all book about her once they grow up. Just my opinion, but I wouldn’t be surprised to find out that Sharon Stone was secretly a Nazi or member of the kkk.
Jason I have to agree. We’ve been hearing rumors about her for years, and I read somewhere that directors don’t want to work with her because she is such a bitch.
