Ann Coulter: I’m a Whore

Ann Coulter appeared on Sean Hannity’s fact based and non biased political Fox clusterfuck of nonsensical crap Thursday evening and called John Kerry a “gigolo.” Oh yes she did.
Speaking about Mitt Romney’s refusal to do what every other politician in frigging history has done and release more than 2 years of tax returns, Ann Coulter said he shouldn’t have to because Kerry’s wife, Teresa Heinz Kerry (yes, THAT Heinz) “supported him,” which, in Coulter’s world, makes John Kerry a male prostitute.
Coulter believes that since John Kerry, a sitting U.S. senator, has a wife who is part of a wealthy family and made more money that he did, his wife should have released HER tax returns when Kerry was running for president. This has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that Mitt Romney refuses to be honest and transparent, especially now that both Harry Reid and CNN have sources who claim Romney didn’t even pay taxes for a decade, but Ann Coulter has never been known for her “connect the dots” skills. She pretty much just draws pictures with KKKRayons and goes on with her day.
However, as a woman whose husband supports our family, I take a bit of offense at Ann Coulter comparing spouses supported by another spouse to hookers. Maybe since Ann Coulter has never been married, she doesn’t really understand the marriage dynamic, but here’s a clue, sweetheart-John Kerry is not a gigolo, and I am not a whore.
When my husband lost his job in Michigan, I went to work. My husband did not suddenly become a gigolo. Nor did he turn into a male prostitute when he was was laid off in Vermont and I, again, went back to work. Similarly, my husband working outside the home and supporting this family does not make ME a prostitute.
Ann Coulter makes millions of dollars a year saying things that are just dead wrong. Kent State, imperfect Jews, out blacks are better than their blacks, agreeing with Rush Limbaugh, and Jesus, don’t try and read her books, you’ll blow an artery. But I bet there are a lot of stay home moms and dads in the new GOP who might, if they turn off Fox for a moment and ponder Coulter’s statements, realize she just called you all whores.
Even better, John Kerry and his wife have a prenuptial agreement, keeping their finances separate. She didn’t support him, he made his own money. Ann Coulter, once again, gets it dead wrong. But that never stops her, does it? She still called John Kerry, and by her own comparison, anyone supported by their spouse or partner, a whore. The definition of “gigolo” is a man who has a continuing sexual relationship with and receives financial support from a woman. A prostitute is a person who engages in sexual acts for money. A whore is someone who works as a prostitute.
Glenn Beck called a senator a prostitute once, too. During a memorable rant, Beck said this about Louisiana Senator Mary Landrieu:
“Well, I’m sorry! So we know you’re hookin’, but you’re just not cheap.”
Isn’t the right wing charming?
Oh, one question for Ann Coulter. What would you call Todd Palin?

There are a lot of places I would not like to be. Very close to the top of that list, if not at the top, would be to wake up the morning after the night before next to Ann Coulter. Damn, I think I would go into shock and never recover.
