Crazy King: Immigrants Have Calves Size of Cantaloupes

Read Time:51 Second

Iowa’s Steve King is the big bow-wow on the news this week, as he is getting all sorts of publicity because of an interview he did on Univision where he refused to apologize for comparing immigrants to dogs.

The good folk at the Center for New Community point out that just a few days earlier, King gave an interview to Newsmax in which he claimed that the vast majority of undocumented immigrants are “130-pound” drug runners with “calves the size of cantaloupes.”

“For every one who’s a valedictorian, there’s another hundred out there who they weigh 130 pounds and they’ve got calves the size of cantaloupes because they’ve been hauling 75 pounds of marijuana across the desert,” King said.

He challenged proponents of the bipartisan immigration law to “define the difference between the innocent ones who have deep ties with America and those who have, I’ll say, been undermining our culture and civilization and profiting from criminal acts.”

He’s just totally jealous he can’t get his calves that size, so he is projecting it out. He is a crazy bastard that makes me laugh. Him and Louie Gohmert from Texas should do a stage show together. If they could get Virginia Foxx in on it that would make it unforgettable.

I will say what I said in my post on Facebook asking for signatures to petition to remove King from a position of power in the immigration committee in the is Senate:

Hateful and bigoted should have no place in the U.S. Senate, but I don’t live in Iowa, so I have no say in that. But I am a citizen of the United States, and as such the leadership of the immigration committee in the Senate DOES concern me! He is definitely demonstrated a lack of perspective for this position; he should not be there!
“Perspective” is the wrong word, above, but I cannot offhand come up with the appropriate one. “Perspective” will do.
