Watch the hilariously funny anti-gay video by Huckabee and Friends
At the end of this month, in preparation for the upcoming National Religious Broadcaster’s Convention in Nashville, a former Christian broadcaster-turned-documentarian has released a bizarre, over the top ‘dramatic’ trailer for her upcoming film. It contains dire warnings from politicians, including former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee, and a ‘who’s who’ of evangelical leaders worried about the “gay agenda.”
The clip, provided by Right Wing Watch, promotes the upcoming film: ‘Light Wins: How To Overcome The Criminalization Of Christianity.’
According to filmmaker Janet Porter — who can be seen in the trailer walking through darkened woods carrying a lantern — participants in the film describe the horrors to come with the possible legalization of same sex marriage. Interviewees include Iowa Rep. Steve King, Arizona Rep. Trent Franks, Texas Rep. Louie Gohmert, Kansas Rep. Tim Huelskamp, as well as possible 2016 GOP presidential nominees Sen. Rand Paul, and Huckabee.
Additional evangelical participants include David Barton, James Dobson, Mat Staver, Phyllis Schlafly, Scott Lively, Alveda King, Brian Camenker, Frank Pavone, and Robert Knight.
With ominous music playing in the background, participants warn that the 1st Amendment will be destroyed with the advent of gay marriage, because they will not be allowed to speak out against the gay “agenda” or “lifestyle.”
One participant wonders why schools are allowing Gay-Straight Alliance clubs, saying, “Are there any other clubs in high school, or junior high school, which are focused around sex?”
Michigan lawmaker Gary Glenn worries about students being told, “It’s okay to be gay.”
“If some young person at school hears ‘It’s okay to be gay,’” he states, “and then comes down with a fatal disease as a result, school officials should be held legally liable.”

If the Gay Agenda includes the criminalization of Christianity, then which side will all my gay and lesbian Episcopal friends choose? Which side are you on, boys; which side are you on?
And if schools teach that it’s okay to be straight, then should they not be sued if a straight kid gets infected with a potentially fatal sexually transmitted disease? Sounds fair to me.
Good points. These things wouldn’t surprise me in our country.
We need to take some law that it actually gives in the Bible – let’s say, the fact you need to stone rebellious children (note that I’m taking the law that is most frequently used against the whole idea of “literal Bible”), and develop by those who think is wrong, as you vilify those who think “pro-gay lifestyle” is wrong. It makes me seethe to think of the “pick- and-choosing” that is done, and the insistence that “they” (whoever “they” is) are the only ones allowed to do “pick-and-choosing”!
How did the society make stoning children illegal! There are outlawing Christianity, I tell you!
Idiots. Really, all you CAN do is laugh at them!
