City Warns Dog Owners: Keep Your Dogs Indoors Until Further Notice

Local police have issued a warning advising all dog owners to keep their pets indoors until further notice.

Unwary dogs are being picked off one at a time throughout the city. Authorities advise all dog owners not to walk their dogs until further notice.

Police have released an image of the suspect wanted in connection with the killings.  If you see him contact your local police immediately.
