Republican Politician and Other Imbeciles Claim Virginia Shooting a False Flag

The United States certainly has its share of imbeciles. All one has to do is look to the Republican candidates for president of the United States to get a close and personal look at about 16 of them. What’s scary is the millions of people who actually think these loony bins make sense, and that includes Wisconsin politician Dan Sebring.

Our friends at ReverbPress have a lot to say about this Dan Sebring and those of his ilk.

By now, it’s very likely that you’ve heard of the shooting deaths of Roanoke television reporter Alison Parker and her cameraman Adam Ward. As reported earlier, the murders of the WDBJ employees occurred at the hands of a disgruntled former employee, Vester L. Flanagan II. If this wasn’t sickening enough, the “false flag” claims are already running rampant, and at least one Republican politician is helping to fuel the fire.

False flag: covert operations designed to deceive in such a way that the operations appear as though they are being carried out by entities, groups, or nations other than those who actually planned and executed them.

There’s a good chance that you’ve never heard the name Dan Sebring, and you should count your lucky stars that this is the case. Sebring is a Wisconsin politician who ran for a seat in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2014.

In each case, he lost. This simple fact excites me after seeing his Twitter post following the tragic shooting of the TV station employees.

We’re no strangers to “false flag” claims. Imbeciles have claimed that several tragic events, ranging from the Sandy Hook massacre to the Boston Marathon bombing, were faked. It’s a testament to just how dumb people are becoming in our country, and in reality, it’s a stark reminder that the film Idiocracy is more of a documentary than anything else.

Sadly, though, this claim is coming from a politician who Republicans in Wisconsin overwhelmingly chose to represent them in the general election. In the 2014 primaries, he received nearly 80 percent of the Republican vote, and in the general election, more than 1 out of 4 people in Wisconsin’s 4th District voted for him. In one of his campaign videos, he said this about the incumbent getting excited and yelling during a previous speech:

“If I earn the privilege to represent you in Washington DC, one thing I will never do is embarrass myself or my constituents by engaging in behavior like you see here.”

Instead, he’ll embarrass himself by engaging in conspiracy theories and claiming that two individuals, whose families now have to bury their loved ones, were engaged in some sort of false flag operation with the motive of increasing gun regulations.

Sadly, Dan Sebring was far from the only person to make such outlandish claims. Here is just one sampling from those commenting on Facebook.

Oh, and that’s nowhere near the end of the idiocy. These comments, along with those shown below, were posted on a SINGLE VIDEO. Here is the link, but be warned that the video of the shooting is here as well. Make sure to mute your speakers and immediately pause the video if it autoplays and you don’t want to witness the tragic outcome.

Of course, you can’t expect this level of stupidity to be confined only to Facebook. Twitter users also took to the internet to showcase their pathetic lack of empathy and willingness to believe any piece of ignorance that finds its way to their newsfeed.

To hear people like this tell it, the journalists are out hiding somewhere as we speak thinking to themselves, “Damn, those conspiracy theorists are good at their jobs. We might not even get away with this one!” Here’s another tweet that will either make you feel incredibly smart by comparison or a little dumber just by reading it.

Whenever these types of tragedies occur and people claim that they’re false flag operations, I always wonder to myself how great they must think humanity is. After all, if every tragic event is simply an invented operation to influence laws, there must be no bad people out there doing bad things. I think this one tweet sums it up perfectly.
