Make Life a lot Simpler with Technology

Read Time:2 Minute, 31 Second

Everyone craves a simpler life. Every year, batches of new inventions roll off the assembly lines, all designed to ease tasks of one sort or another. In our technological age, creating new products to simplify lives is, itself, simpler than ever. Manufacturing advances make production easier, and alternative distribution methods make getting a device to market a breeze. Below, you’ll find a list of several of the newest and greatest devices that are currently making life’s little annoyances easier to cope with than ever before.

Smartwatches

Smartwatches are devices that allow the user to access functions on their smartphones and other devices from a wrist-mounted watch face. The device lets users check their e-mail and text messages and manage applications like internet radio services without unlocking a phone. This is convenient when the user is doing other things, like working or exercising. While the Apple Watch is the most famous of the smartphone flock, competition from companies like Samsung and Pebble offers diversity in the market.

Sometimes, when enjoying a bottled drink, you might find it is not quite as cool as you would like. Specialty ice cube trays can solve this problem. These trays shape the ice into long, thin strips, perfect for fitting down a bottleneck.

Vaporcade Jupiter

One of the more interesting new devices on the market is the Vaporcade Jupiter, the world’s first combination of an Android smartphone and a high quality vaporizer. This device can conserve valuable pocket space by combining two must-have items, a vaping rig and a cell phone, into one convenient package. Moreover, it’s an unlocked phone, meaning you can choose which of the major carriers you want to use for your Vaporcade Jupiter.

Smartbikes

The next frontier in smart devices may be exercise equipment. A Chinese search engine creator, baidu, has recently announced plans to diversify by releasing the DuBike, a bicycle that gathers fitness information from users and connects via Bluetooth to a smart device. The information is compiled and can be used to analyze things like workout intensity and user health. Although the device is currently only slated for release in China, a successful rollout could lead to a global trend in short order.

Aquanotes

Good ideas can come anywhere, even in the shower. Rather than choosing between running out of the bathroom desperately seeking paper or throwing the idea out with the bathwater, Aquanotes lets you do something more productive — write it down. The water-resistant notepad lets you make a record of any flashes of insight you may have while showering. If you’re the type of thinker who does their best work in the bathroom, take note of this remarkable invention.

Making daily life easier is a lifelong struggle. As technology advances, new consumer products are developed, allowing us the opportunity to fine-tune the activities we perform. Incorporate the devices mentioned above into your routine, and be astounded by how much better life can be.
