Dispelling the Myth of John Kasich

Read Time:17 Second

MIAMI, March 13, 2016 – Ohio Governor John Kasich is a viable candidate to be President of the United States. We know because he keeps telling everyone this. Ronald Reagan’s 11th Commandment is never to speak ill of another Republican. It does not require that reality and the time space continuum be suspended. Out of 17…

I have a suspicion I can’t quite shake, that many Republicans are aware that any of their candidates will be the end of the “US as we know it and they hope something like the failed Confederacy will emerge from the ashes. I think of so many of those foreclosed houses that were trashed by the evicted owners.

Glenn, that had never occurred to me, but it is frighteningly conceivable! Shiver!

Civilized? Perhaps
Totally batshit crazy, and therefore a horrible choice for president? Doubtless!
And then there’s the fact that I agree with him on absolutely nothing! Despite the fact that this election actually had promise, I’m beginning to fear a lot! The Republicans are all despicable, Hillary is a hawk and far too entrenched in money, and Bernie, although I really agree with his ideas, may be reaching too far!

We can agree to disagree on Hillary, Marsha. One vote on the Iraq war, along with 98 other senators, doesn’t make her a hawk. I would have voted the same had I been confronted with the evidence. Naturally I would have regretted it later, as did a whole bunch of others. #hillary2016! 🙂

No, the one vote on the Iraq war is not it, but I would not have gone there, despite the fact that many people did and would have! I believe from the start it was stupidest thing we could do, but that’s neither here nor there. No, the fact that she has disagreed on the treatment of Syria, from the start. That’s beginning to show a more “hawkish” attitude. But no, I agree; I have no problem with agreeing to disagree on Hillary. As I have said, if she ends up being the Democratic nominee, I will (hold my nose and) vote for her. There’s no way that our country can survive any of the Republicans in the White House! Any or all of them would bring whatever our economy is successful in, crashing down in a smoking debris field all around us! And I won’t even get into the havoc any of them would wreak on our Constitution!

Despite all of his negatives he’s still the most civilized candidate on the republican stage.

I have to agree with you Mike. The others are real loonies. Kasich is the one mature one.
