America Has Gone Off the Rails On the Crazy Train

So, this past week made “American Horror Story” look like a Marx Brothers movie. Today, a Trump supporter accused me of “listening to false prophets.”
America has gone off the rails on the crazy train. Crazy is our new normal. The Presidency has become a carnival freak show. And he isn’t even inaugurated yet. News Conferences consisting of phony props and temper tantrums? A river of lies so thick, truth seekers have to analyze it in sections? Where does this nightmare stop?
And don’t tell me I need a therapy dog or a “safe space.” Don’t accuse me of listening to false prophets. Don’t tell me to “just get over it.” There is no getting over it. This is bad. Really. Old Testament bad. Book of Revelations bad. Nuremberg 1933 bad.

This is everything I warned you about – false prophet that I am – and much worse.
But the saddest thing is that people – not all people, but certainly enough people – believe that all this will somehow be better than Obama. People tell me that we’re worse off now than we were 8-years ago and that Trump will fix the chaos wreaked by Obama’s failed Presidency. No, really. I’m not kidding. I heard that today while discussing the hot mess we call America with Trump supporters.
Empty folders and blank pages to disprove conflicts of interest – used as props. A lawyer reading ad copy. A schoolyard bully fight between reporters and the most powerful man on Earth. A President who thinks we work for him, not that he works for us. Not one, but dozens of sex scandals that would make Ken Starr puke his guts out. The midnight termination of 20 million peoples’ healthcare. The closed-door appointment of saboteurs and deconstructionists to public office.
Just the tip of the iceberg, and he’s not even President yet.
But boy howdy – at least we won’t have any more “Sanctuary Cities.”
God help us, everyone.

Take your worst scenarios and put a number on how much worse it will be than what you think.
It will be all that and much more.
I think the chance of him banging a big one off is well above 50-50 just for the reason he can.
Then the last hope would be a general who knows how important it is to protect our country and the rest of the world.
This all truly sucks!!
