1) Parsing: This is all one sentence. Only 1 comma. It’s actually 3 individual thoughts. A New Year’s wish, the inclusion of the enemies, and the fact that those enemies are now apoplectic. He follows this train wreck of a sentence with the single exclamatory word, love – as a separate single sentence. But is he wishing love to the “all” to whom he’s wishing a happy New Year? Or, is he wishing love to his apoplectic legion of enemies? Now I realize that Twitter isn’t exactly the venue for Shakespearean sonnets, but c’mon. This guy can’t write his way out of a wet paper sack, with a meat cleaver. The first sentence is almost illegible, being so convoluted, unpunctuated, and run-on. More of a rant than a sentence. What’s the subject of this sentence? And of course, the second sentence isn’t a sentence at all. I would have at least separated the two phrase sections with a semicolon or an M-dash.
2) Psychoanalysing: Notice how all of Trump’s tweets are bipolar. They start on a positive, then the “other shoe” drops, and they end on a negative. “Merry Christmas, including you haters and losers.” Even the more staid of shrinks could call this nothing short of “douchebaggery.”
Trump never uses words like “opponents,” “disagree,” or “oppose.” Everything’s “enemies,” or “fight.” Everything is confrontational. The whole world is against me, and I’m the only one who is right. “The whole orchestra was off key, except me.”
See how he gloats over every “victory?” They “lost so badly,” It wasn’t a good natured exchange of ideas and values, it was a war. A war I won. I always win. I must win. If I don’t win, I’ll be a failure, and I won’t be able to say “told ya so” to my daddy – who always said I’d be a failure.
The “Love!” at the end is not only an afterthought but a paean to himself. An opportunity to show how beneficent he is, and at the same time, a shallow gesture to make us think he has some level of emotional depth.
This is not only how Sociopaths write, it’s how illiterate Sociopaths write.

America’s not dying, it just needs to pull its collective head out of its ass. Donald Trump enters the presidency more ill-prepared than any in recent history. He’s an impeachable offense waiting to happen. The first pussy he grabs in the White House should seal the deal for tar and feathers.
Even now millions of deplorables, including congressmen and senators, defend this fool despite his twisted, illiterate yammerings. America is dying.
