I do not see this happening. He is a pretty good entertainer but I think that by the time Trump is through devastating the country people will want someone with more experience and stability.

Dwayne Johnson was born in Haywood, California, making him a natural-born U.S. citizen, as required under the U.S. Constitution to be President. He also has Canadian citizenship.

This means Dwayne Johnson can serve two terms in office as President, and then after those eight years are up, go north into Canada and become the Prime Minister of Canada.
