Trump Toadies Indicted: Monday Arrests Anticipated-White House Blames Clinton

by Michael John Scott

Now the criminal prosecutions of the Trump gang begin, in earnest, and the White House is in attack mode, scrambling to find a narrative that will distract from reality and send the public down the proverbial rabbit hole.

Their strategy is the same as it’s always been: blame Hillary Clinton for everything from the attack on Pearl Harbor, to 9/11, and then onto the Great Uranium Scam, hoping it will work a second time and save the Captain Queeg who sits at the helm of the U.S.S. America.

Sources tell CNN the first charges have been filed in special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe of Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential election. The indictments are still sealed and it’s not clear what they are or who is named, but sources say anyone charged could be taken into custody as soon as Monday.

The White House has not officially responded to CNN’s report, but the Hill reports that soon after the report was published, President Trump tweeted a video quoting an opinion piece that implies Hillary Clinton colluded with Russia and tried to frame Trump as a “traitor.”

It promises to be a fun holiday season indeed and if justice prevails St. Nick will be bringing that grotesque parody of a president a sack of coal, and millions of Americans will be opening the best gift ever.

Well, so far he himself doesn’t appear to be in too deep with the Russia thing but he is with obstruction. Like you, however, I’ve little faith that he will be impeached or convicted.

IT’s hard to see how hiring a British investigator to investigate Trump is collusion with the Russians, but then it’s hard to understand swimming into a crocodile trap because it looks like fun.

We belong to a failed species and nature has her way of dealing with failed species.

We are the 6th extinction, and what scientists call the “weedy species.” Wherever we put down roots we crowd out everything else that lives. Sooner or later it will be just us weeds.

The more embattled this stinky toerag and his pinhead toadies are in trying to avoid procecution, the less damage they can do to our once proud country. He will escape no doubt but at what price? Want to guess how his revenue and stocks will be doing in the near future?

My concern is there won’t be sufficient evidence to indict the prick. In addition, an indictment only means there is sufficient evidence to take the case to a trial. That, unfortunately, doesn’t mean they can or will. I do not see the republican congress doing anything to remove this suppuration sore from the oval office.

The bizarre claim that somehow Clinton colluded with Russia, one spread like a virulent plague among the Republican chatterers, is just a thinly veiled distraction. Unfortunately, it will probably work among Trump’s millions of uneducated supporters.

My money is on Flynn and Manafort. I think they will be the first dominoes to fall. Thoughts?

I agree Carolyn. Those two seem to be at the top of the list.

Don’t know what will happen tomorrow, but likely less than the media would have us believe. We’ll see. Any bets?
