Sorry, but I think Linus Pauling was a great guy but wrong. I don’t think there’s any science supporting the claim that vitamin c prevents colds or that people in general are vitamin deficient.

But a picture is worth a thousand words and those being M&Ms shown above, one should take as many of them as possible. Vitamin M that is.
