You are right Bobbie. My mother used to say that, but I don’t think she was old enough to have invented it :-). Think I’ll go make a big breakfast.
I don’t know if I could ever do the three meals a day thing. I eat about 5 sometimes 6 times a day, mainly veggies and fruits in between regular meals. My breakfasts have been egg muffins lately. I use mainly egg whites and put some spinach, peppers, onions etc and seasoning in there and throw them in muffin pans for about 15, 20 minutes and I have finger foods for the day. It’s like a muffin but not really because I don’t use breads, just get the egg mixture wrap it in a paper towel and voila food of the gods 🙂
I don’t expect you have a problem with weight Jess. The breakfast pictured is the sort of meal our British friend likely eats 🙂
