My guess would be that – after allowing for his charming personality, reputation to pay on time, and general shining stature as a fine upstanding citizen – finding someone with the time to devote to this matter could be most difficult. Assuming that, if the Court should rule in favor of Cohen and exclude the FBI/DOJ gross capture of all records, and in so doing deny the DOJ taint team’s inspection, the task of reviewing the still under subpoena records in terms of attorney/client privilege vs. not so protected, and of inventorying and organizing said information falls to the Attorneys for the owners of those documents. I would assume that would be a monumental (and tedious) task considering the volume of the materials allegedly involved. Throw back into the mix the dubious pleasure of dealing with that particular client under those circumstances…. You could not pay me enough to take that on, and I’m just a dumb old country broad. I expect finding someone with a law license, member of the NYC federal bar, with the requisite time and lack of moral fortitude would be difficult.

That it only took 3 days speaks volumes about the legal profession.
