It Pains Me To Say It But Steve Bannon Was Right

Many of you may recall that I was against Trump’s stupid fuckin’ parade, back when he first spat the idea out of his memory hole.
Well, the parade is history. Trump blames “local politicians” in D.C. and claims to have “canceled” it on his own. He didn’t. The absolutely legitimate costs cited by D.C.’s mayor make up only 20% of the nearly 100M$ price tag.
But the truth is, only 18% of Americans responding wanted the parade, and that was at the original 12M price tag. Even his fanatic fringe couldn’t, in good conscience, support this lunacy.
I, myself, couldn’t be happier. Not just because the parade was a stupid, despotic, and economically unsound concept – and not just because a military parade is an anathema to all we claim to stand for as a nation – but because it’s one more loss for the Babyback In Chief. The Bacon Slab in the West Wing.
Private Bonespurs ran on a meaningless platform of “winning.” We were gonna have so much “winning” that we would allegedly get “tired of all the winning.” Well, since the stolen election, I can’t think of a single thing Trump has “won.”
And I’m good with that.
Bannon was on TV the other night. It was Bannon 2.0 or “Reasonable Bannon.” He even shaved up. He said that November was going to be seen as a referendum on Trump, and therefore, Republicans needed to shape up fast, or they’d be as rare as houndsteeth, come January.
Personally, I never thought I would be typing the words, “Bannon was right,” but there you go. November WILL be a referendum on Trump. And that’s what we need to remember. Doesn’t matter how much you hate Democrats. Doesn’t matter what Bernie does. Or what Elizabeth Warren does.
Only one thing matters. We get out there and vote Blue. We can fix the Democratic party later. Right now, we need to save the nation. And the world.

Democrats are self-righteous, claiming victory over all others because they are more “moral,” with scruples and shit, unlike Republicans who have no morality, only hypocrisy, and zero scruples. Fact is, there’s really no one on the horizon who can beat Trump at the moment, shocking as that is, because of the Dem infighting. I agree with you! Fuck that and VOTE BLUE. Worry about that nonsense after we’ve won, and abolishing ICE is the dumbest campaign platform I’ve ever heard of…
