Trump Speaks Out Against Upcoming Movie Release
Trump, the hopefully temporary visitor to the White House, is giving an upcoming movie a dose of presidential publicity.
While not mentioning it by name, Trump criticized The Hunt over its satirical premise: A group of liberals hunts (literally) a group of conservatives.
In a sample of the movie’s dialogue, one character uses an expletive for the president to complain about something he’s just done. “At least The Hunt’s coming up,” another character responds. “Nothing better than going out to the Manor and slaughtering a dozen deplorables.”
Trump tweeted.
Liberal Hollywood is Racist at the highest level. The movie coming out is made in order to inflame and cause chaos. They create their own violence and then try to blame others. They are the true Racists, and are very bad for our Country!
The premise of the movie is even more controversial in the wake of the mass shootings in El Paso and Dayton, and the Hollywood Reporter notes that ESPN pulled an ad for the movie last weekend. Since then, Universal has at least temporarily paused its marketing for the movie, reports Deadline, and it’s possible that no more TV or digital spots will run before its scheduled release of Sept. 27.
Hilary Swank stars, as does Betty Gilpin from the series GLOW. A trailer for the movie had been up on YouTube, but it has been removed.

Sounds like a massively stupid project since the Rebels have been seeding the clouds with various memes about plots to arrest and deport and lock up and kill “conservatives” This only adds to it. Never forget they have no sense of humor, are phobic about criticism and they’re batshit crazy. Sure as hell, some yoyo will see the movie, stick a few extra mags in his pocked and go to town.
That was my first thought when I read the premise. Actually my first thought was: what the fuck?
