Oh, now I get it. Here I thought that someone felt a moral obligation to inform authorities that the man who plays president on TV was illegally colluding with a foreign power by offering a bribe and a threat to induce them to provide or invent negative stories about the son of his political rival.
Joe Biden is crooked and has a debilitating disease. I’m sure he must have misplaced some email somewhere.
Fool us twice and shame on us, right? That Ukraine is involved, might amuse those with an attention span, since Trump’s campaign staff of foreign agents, registered and unregistered and jailed have had so much to do with that endangered country, but faith is powerful while truth is weak and subject to charges of bias. Enter the Fox – Nixon and Ailes together again.
The White House gang is going to provide evidence of bias, any time now, says the Fox, because that’s what Fox is for and you know when someone hates treason it’s because he’s a liberal and biased, not a patriot – and show me a man who wants to stop crimes against the constitution and I ‘ll show you a Communist, to paraphrase Roy Cohen.
Ignore the facts, and shoot the messenger and always deny. Shame plays no part in it. Shame is for losers.
