Governor: “If we can open Home Depot, we can open the schools”
The moment I read that CNN report I knew it had to be Florida governor Ron, ‘Indecent’ DeSantis, that champion of national suicide and member of the Trump Death Cult. I don’t need to tell you how bad it is here in Florida with new records every day and hospitals full. You can’t have escaped hearing, and you can’t have escaped hearing that the closest thing this red state has to a plan is no plan at all.
Who says it’s OK to open Big Box Stores in the first place? the Trump virus is feasting on America; 130,000 lying dead and the rate is accelerating as they pretend the opposite.
Of course one can choose whether or not to go to Home Depot and no one is going to prosecute you for choosing to put off painting the dining room so you don’t kill your parents. No one is going to force you to send your kids out to play in a hurricane or on the interstate nor would you do that if you weren’t under the influence. But sure, send them to the already overcrowded schools and don’t make it too touch by requiring masks and distancing.
Right now a school is dangerous to teachers, staff, and students. A student is quite likely to give his family a potentially fatal and agonizing disease. An extended family will in many cases become a diminished family. You know that, but the Florida Governor simply does not care and wants to punish you if you do. Ron DeSantis wants you to die; wants you to be a human sacrifice to his loathsome gods. But you’ll die free of masks though and your victims too. FREEDOM! Call it another win!
As we sink into the deadly swamp of Trumpism, that poison toad of a president brags that he “Aced” the Michigan Cognitive Impairment Test which requires that you be able to tell a camel from a Kangaroo and draw a clock face. If he did pass, I suspect that he cheated as he always has done. What else can he brag of? Well, everything, since his perception of reality doesn’t extend beyond counting backward from 100. It’s always sunny in his lies.
It seems inevitable that the number of dead will explode and paralyze this country and its medical resources and will reduce us to third world status, except for our nuclear arsenal. It seems inevitable that I and perhaps a good part of my family will die from this. Perhaps millions of other Americans will too and this will drag out for a long time. Perhaps years.
No plan at all and not only no plan to develop one but a fierce effort to avoid doing what’s required to avoid the destruction of our way of life. Stifle the doctors, strip the hospitals of supplies and prescribe useless or fatal remedies. Another win for Trump! 4 more years!

True, but Historical truth doesn’t seem to matter. He gets away with saying he inherited a damaged economy while the truth is it was in the midst of an unprecedented expansion. He tries to make you believe it’s still expanding and the disease is on the wane. He gets away with blaming Biden for trends that started 70 years ago. He gets away with everything.
