Donald ‘Duck’ Trump Is A Conman But A Traitor Too?

This is a short note about the actions of the current, lame-duck president hereafter referred to as Donald ‘Duck’ Trump regarding his antics concerning the recent presidential election wherein he got his fat ass resoundingly kicked.
In 2016 he won the presidency through some type of hook and crook even though he lost the popular vote by more than three million votes. The Republicans laughed it up and told us to “suck it up” and accept the decision.
It is now 2020 and the results are more than just a little different. Said person referred to as Donald Duck has gotten his fat ass handed to him by the people and by the electors and he and the Republicans are whining like a two-year-old who just dropped his ice cream cone on the sidewalk in front of Trump Towers.
It seems that reality just hit him square in the face and he doesn’t like the taste of it. Why he doesn’t like it is a mystery because he has bankrupted seven companies over the years so he knows what failure is like. But he has always been able to call his failures successes and no one gave a damn. This time it is different. Somewhere just shy of 70 million people believed in him and he failed, miserably.
There is no secret about it any longer. There is no amount of lying going to make this failure disappear. When he stepped off the television screens and out of the secrecy of corporate hideaways into the bright lights of the public domain he really screwed up. His lying caught up with him and he was shown, at least to the majority of the country, for who and what he really was: A double-dealing, low down, lying con man who cared only about himself and nothing else.
History will be sure to show people who and what he was for all eternity. School children will mock his name forever and sadly, probably mock his descendants for being stuck with his name. The name Trump will go down in the book of shame right beside that of Ponzi. It would not surprise me if the kids change their names.
That is not the end of it all either. The State of New York and possibly the federal government may add to that shame by turning him into a felonious con-man as well along with a couple of his kids. I can’t say it could happen to more deserving people. Donald Duck Jr., Ivanka, Eric, and the in-law Jarod. Perhaps next Thanksgiving they can hold a family dinner at a prison. lol
One last thing I think would be something we could give thanks for if someone could make it happen. All of the silliness going on right now in the courts with the frivolous lawsuits. Abusing the court system. Because he is barring the government from making a peaceful transition and perhaps even putting the country in danger, I think he should be tried for insurrection or even treason. It may not hold up but it would give them all something to worry about instead of bothering us.

Wishing President Trump all the best for the future. I hear Trump Catering is bidding for the food contract at Rikers, so the meals should be OK. Also 15 inmates, all named Bubba, are drawing lots to see which one gets to be your special friend. The Aryan Nation had planned on being your bodyguards, but have backed off, they can handle one Bubba but not 15. Not sure if that’s good news or bad, you decide that Mr President.

Hopefully, he will be indicted in New York. The crimes are many and varied, but I doubt treason is one of them as there is no war, and that is one of the required elements.
Well, there was almost a civil war so we can claim it as a Conspiracy.
It’s treason in spirit for sure, but the legal definition requires an enemy and a war and that would be hard to pull off – I hope. But tax fraud and bank fraud – witness tampering and lying under oath should provide the need time off all of these children need. I want to see him in Rikers insisting he get special treatment because he’s the president. Please God, if you’re out there. . .

I agree. So much of our constitution assumes public virtue and a degree of patriotism that now seems rare. Maybe there is some legal definition of the crime of working against the public good, but I’m no kind of lawyer.
