Sex, Dogs, and Donald Trump

A friend told me he wanted to see more Trump hate on MadMikesAmerica (MMA) because he enjoyed it. I asked him if he couldn’t find that anywhere, and he admitted he could, but it was easy just to get MMA headlines in the email, and travel on over, as opposed to spending hours surfing.
I was curious about that, so I decided to do a Google analysis and found that about 50% of readers visited articles that talked about sex, dogs, other animals, or Trump. While it’s tempting to make some remark about Trump having sex with dogs, I will refrain as Trump hates dogs.
The other half went to more generic articles such as Trackable by Lizard People, and most non-Trump articles by Glenn Geist, Bill Formby, and even me. Gregory Gonzalez was quite popular at one time but he has long since drifted away. A more recent readership magnet is Mr. Loser82, whose cartoons are developing an audience.
Unfortunately, after we lost (not dead just drinking more beer and doing less writing) our English correspondent Neil Bamforth, we also lost a portion of our UK audience, with precisely 0% having once gone to anything to do with Trump, and more readers had been going to sex, dogs, and UK politics, with most readers, split down the middle on the immigrant question. I think these subjects are popular with audiences everywhere. Oddly, we picked up readers in France, probably because they are very big on sex and dogs.
So, the moral of the story is people simply can’t rid themselves of the Celebrity Apprentice game show host, no matter how hard they try, and since my audience is widely liberal I expect they do try at least I hope they try.

I have been here since the beginning. It is still the first thing I check. Old habits die hard, although I really don’t give two shits about the orange-headed monster.
