Billy’s Bewilderment: A Young Boy’s Struggle to Understand the World of Lies
Once upon a time, a little boy named Billy was watching TV when a peculiar man with an unusual appearance and funny hair appeared on the screen. As the man spoke, Billy grew increasingly bewildered. He couldn’t comprehend why this odd fellow, whom his parents called Mr. Trump, seemed so dishonest. It seemed like everything the orange man said was untrue.
Surprisingly, his parents seemed quite fond of this strange person talking about drinking bleach. They went oohhh and aahhh at everything he said, and Mom asked Dad if they should drink bleach and take the medicine Dad gave the dog every month. They held hands and hugged while Dad wore a bright red hat with some writing on it. He was just so puzzled. When he lied, Mom yelled, and Dad would ground him. Why did they love this orange man so much? Did his Mom yell at him for lying?
Billy sighed and shrugged; he couldn’t figure out why his Mom and Dad always liked someone who lied. This made Billy think he might also start lying like Mr. Trump if he took a sip of bleach. Mom kept it under the sink. Would that make Mom and Dad happy? Would that make them oohhh and aahhh? It was all so confusing.
