That is where his supporters go off track. Just getting to the office is only half the battle. In order to be even a decent president, as we have found out with Obama, one has to meet expectations of all of his promises. That will never come to pass no matter who is president because for all of the promises made they are really just wish lists at best. The presidency has actually very limited powers in terms of his or her impact on domestic affairs. What any president wants to do must be done through congress and congress has a way of really screwing up everything. So Herr Drumpf will find out, should he win, what ever other presidential candidate has learned.The people of this country are very fickle and will turn on you in a heart beat. To Donald Trump, who would want to be known as the “best president ever” he would have to have at least one term where everything went the right way. So far, this has yet to happen in this country’s history.
